Farmers use organic manure from coffee pulp compost. The beans are wet-processed for clean cup profile. Stores well for months due to robusta's natural hardness. The heavy body stands up well to milk and sugar. Packaged in foil-lined bags to preserve freshness. Harvested selectively by hand when cherries reach deep red color.
